Touchstone Fence Warranty Our customers receive a 5 Year Non prorated warranty Our warranty covers parts and labor from excessive warping, checking, bowing, or structural defects which affect the ability of the fence to remain upright. Our warrantee does not protect against: - Defects caused by workmanship by other contractors or damage caused by misuse
- Defects caused by self-installation
- Costs incurred by repairs by other contractors
- Damage caused by natural disasters, Acts of God
- Damage caused by improper use of paints, weather guards and cleaning products
- Neglect or abuse
